General conditions for returns:

The product must be in its original condition, not used, washed, or modified.

2. REFUND/RETURN PROCESS

Provide your order number, product image (if defective), and reason for requesting a refund/return.
Step 2: Confirmation & Instructions

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and guide you through the process.

If the product needs to be returned, we will provide a return address and detailed instructions.
Step 3: Send the Return

Send the product back according to the instructions, making sure the product is packaged carefully to avoid damage during shipping.

Please provide us with the tracking number of your return so we can confirm the shipping status.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing

After receiving the product, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

If the product is eligible, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product as requested.
3. REFUND POLICY & PROCESSING TIME
At Lady Moda, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund process to ensure your shopping experience remains seamless.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds apply to items that are defective, damaged, incorrectly sent, or do not match the description.

For size-related issues, we offer easy exchanges or refunds to ensure the perfect fit.
3.2. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item.

Once approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
3.3. Non-Refundable Items

Items marked as final sale or gift cards are non-refundable.

Worn, washed, or altered items that do not meet return conditions may not qualify for a refund.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancel before the order is processed: 100% refund.

Cancel after the order has been processed but not yet delivered: 80% refund due to processing fee.

Cancel after the order has been shipped: Cannot be canceled; can only be returned after receiving.
